How it works

Record. Freeze. Reflect. Workprint.

A worker-owned record of what you did, what the experience did to you and how that accumulates over time.

  1. 01

    Record

Record what happened while it is still clear.

Capture the context, what you contributed and what changed. The record begins private and editable.

  2. 02

    Freeze

    Freeze the exact record.

When it says what you need it to say, preserve that version. Frozen means the retained record cannot be rewritten.

  3. 03

    Reflect

Reflect on what the experience did to you.

Write what you noticed, questioned, judged or now carry forward. Reflection is optional, private and separate from the frozen evidence.

  4. 04

    Workprint

Let Workprint show recurring patterns over time.

See what recurs, where capabilities transfer across contexts and what your own reflections say changed.

  5. 05

    When useful

Add evidence or attestation when it helps.

Supporting evidence and factual attestation can add provenance to specific work. They are not required to start recording.
