What to include
Give the public URL or WF reference where possible, explain the concern, say how you are affected, and describe the outcome you are seeking. Do not email passwords, bearer links, identity documents or more personal information than is necessary.

How reports are handled
We will acknowledge and assess reports, may request enough information to verify or locate the issue, and will balance privacy, safety, accuracy, provenance and legal obligations. Urgent danger should be reported to the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement body.
