WOWYOUKNOW is intended for people aged 18 and over. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping sign-in credentials secure, and activity carried out through your account.

Do not impersonate another person, misuse invitations, or attempt to bypass access controls.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, process, secure and display it only as needed to operate, improve and protect the service and to honour the visibility and sharing choices you make.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or publish, including evidence and information about colleagues, clients, employers or other people. Do not submit confidential material you are not authorised to disclose or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Avoid naming or including other people unless it is reasonably necessary for the professional record and you have a lawful reason to do so.

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory or infringing material; malware; harassment; deceptive provenance; or attempts to obtain unauthorised access. We may restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, investigate reports or secure the service.

Draft Discoveries can be edited. Freezing preserves an exact version and its fingerprint; frozen content is immutable while retained. A frozen record can still be deleted by its owner. Deleted references are not recycled. A Workefact is not certification by WOWYOUKNOW.

Lifecycle status, visibility and Museum accession are separate concepts. Public or private visibility does not by itself change the status of a record.

You control whether eligible records remain private, are shared by a time-limited link, or are published. Public publication means information may be indexed, copied or cached by third parties outside WOWYOUKNOW's control, including after you later remove it here.

Private links are bearer links. Share them carefully and revoke them when no longer needed.

An attestation records a witness's stated personal knowledge and is not endorsement, legal notarisation or certification. The owner chooses whom to invite. Invitation-link attestation does not independently prove identity.

LinkedIn signals, when enabled, are optional factual provider categories. They are not scores, do not verify the Workefact, and are never required to create, publish or attest to a record.

A Workprint is an evidence-grounded presentation of patterns recorded across a person's work. It is not an employment recommendation, psychometric assessment or prediction of future performance. Self-authored future views are distinct from historic evidence. Owner reflections are personal interpretation, not external attestations; they remain private by default and do not alter a frozen Workefact fingerprint.

Museum accession is a separate curatorial state. It does not transfer ownership, certify the underlying account, or prevent lawful removal. Accession criteria and availability may change, subject to preserving accurate audit history.

Contact hello@intuitioneer.com or use the Report a concern page to report inaccurate personal data, privacy concerns, confidential or unlawful content, impersonation, or copyright and other intellectual-property issues. We may ask for enough information to locate the record and assess the request fairly.

The service is provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. We may suspend access for security, abuse, legal or operational reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material terms changes where practicable and identify the current version on this page.

You can delete your account from Account settings. This removes the profile and retained professional-record content associated with it, including Discoveries, Workefacts, Workprint source records, owner reflections, attached attestations, relationships, future views, optional LinkedIn connection data and evidence metadata. Private evidence objects are queued for deletion.

Minimal non-content audit and reference information may remain where reasonably needed for integrity, security, disputes or legal obligations. Deleted information may remain in processor backups until those backups expire. Account deletion cannot remove copies of information already made by third parties from public pages or shares.

The service software, design, branding and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights. Open-source components remain under their own licences.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, this free service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular employment, evidential or commercial purpose. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms, for business losses suffered by a consumer, or for decisions made by third parties based on user-submitted content. Nothing in these terms affects rights and remedies that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom or another country where you live, and nothing in this clause removes those rights.
